Columbus, Ohio is home to an incredible mix of wedding venues, from charming farm houses to modern, city-chic spaces! Whether you’re envisioning an outdoor celebration or a sleek indoor setting, we’re sharing a few our favorites to help in your wedding planning process!

The Ohio Statehouse

Kicking off our list of top Columbus wedding venues is the Ohio Statehouse! Located in the heart of downtown, the Statehouse provides a backdrop of luxury and grandeur, with soaring ceilings, grand columns, and stunning exterior. The Statehouse offers a few different areas to host your big day, including the Rotunda and Atrium, and their wedding package includes a variety of helpful details to ensure that your day is seamless and stress-free!

Not only does Team LJM love this venue for it’s historic charm and breathtaking beauty, but also because our Founder + CEO said ‘I do’ there, as well!

Cliffside Acres

Cliffside Acres is a modern-farmhouse wedding venue in Ohio, located 45 minutes west of Columbus in Springfield, Ohio. The space feels both classic and contemporary, with crisp white walls and bold black accents, while also giving guests an intimate farmhouse feel for their big day.

Cliffside Acres couple can choose between two stunning spaces: The Glass House, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious interior, or their outdoor ceremony space beneath maple trees. Their signature package is the foundation of an unforgettable wedding experience, and their team strives to fulfill all of your venue needs for the big day!

The Fives

The Fives is a Columbus rooftop wedding venue with the one of the best views in the city, and is even the place where we host our annual company holiday party! The views paired with the unique indoor spaces makes for a dreamy wedding day in downtown Columbus. This space is perfect for classic + modern brides alike. Natural light floods in through expansive windows with stunning city views, while garage doors open to bring the outdoors in, creating a bright, airy atmosphere. Couples looking for a breathtaking + unique downtown wedding need to put The Fives at the top of their list!

Strongwater Events

Between the natural light + exposed brick, this industrial wedding venue is a dream. Located centrally in downtown Columbus, we love the urban aesthetic. The space resides within three different rooms of the former EBCO manufacturing floor. This rich history provides Strongwater Events with an effortless + unique feel, and the original skylights, hand-laid permanent bar + open air courtyard fill this venue with lots of character!

Magnolia Hill Farm

Another farm wedding venue favorite, this beautiful venue is located in Centerburg, about 40 minutes north of downtown Columbus. Every detail of Magnolia Hill Farm’s modern space is picture-perfect, and provides couples with a versatile backdrop that can be transformed for any wedding day vision!

They provide you with three event space options: The Magnolia Room, The Veranda + The Courtyard. Ranging from a climate-controlled indoor space to a perfectly manicured lawn, Magnolia Hill Farm has a space for every wedding day style + season!

p.s. Magnolia Hill Farm is also a working peony farm, which adds a whole other layer of magic and charm to your wedding day!

Jorgensen Farms

This rustic, charming wedding venue has it all! Located in New Albany, 20 minutes outside of downtown, couples can choose between the Historic Barn or their Oak House space filled with natural light for your big day. Jorgensen Farms stands proudly on 100 acres for a truly one-of-a-kind experience!

From structured, modern indoor spaces to lush gardens + open fields, Jorgensen Farms provides an array of options to bring your wedding day vision! It’s also an ideal choice for couples wanting a seamless, weather-proof Plan B without sacrificing style or atmosphere.

Columbus Museum of Art

For our brides who have been dreaming of a fine-art style wedding, this venue is for you! Located in Downtown Columbus, the Columbus Museum of Art gives you a dreamy + unique space to host your wedding day. At the Museum, you have the option of a daytime or evening wedding, and you’ll find plentiful information on pricing for each choice on their website. You’ll also be provided with a list of the other services provided by the venue, and are able to browse photos of other beautiful weddings at the Columbus Museum of Art!

In addition to choosing daytime or evening ceremony, you’re also able to choose from a variety of spaces within the Museum to truly make it your own, or rent out the whole Museum for true bridal magic!

North 4th Corridor

North 4th Corridor offers an urban-industrial vibe, located inside the historic Smith Brother’s Hardware building in the heart of downtown Columbus! The Corridor encompasses 3 venues: Brick + Mortar, Post 4 and the Revery. Each space is as unique as the couples who are wed in it, and each one offers a different vibe for your wedding day!

From the beautiful glass-enclosed rooftop of Revery, to the moody and intimate textures in Brick + Mortar, to the multi-level venue that is Post 4, our trendy brides-to-be will love the flexibility this Columbus venue provides!

Franklin Park Conservatory

Franklin Park Conservatory is the perfect option for our brides-to-be who are looking for a garden-inspired and botanical vibe for their wedding day. The conservatory offers a variety of spaces for your wedding day, including their historic Palm House, contemporary gardens, or the rustic barn. While the Palm House is currently under construction, there are still several beautiful spaces available to bring your day to life! In addition to their variety of spaces, the conservatory also provides many rentable decorations and equipment to help ensure that your day is as seamless + smooth as possible!

The Ellis

The Ellis is a premier Columbus wedding venue, located in the heart of Italian Village, minutes outside of downtown. This modern event venue features exposed brick, arched windows, and an outdoor courtyard to create a wedding day aesthetic that feels both industrial + airy! Modern fixtures and decor highlight the contemporary elements of the space, while celebrating the building’s rich history. The team at The Ellis offers an all-inclusive reception package, to make your wedding planning process as easy as possible, giving you the chance to relax and enjoy this exciting time!

The Estate at New Albany

The Estate at New Albany is a stunning venue situated on five landscaped acres, complete with multiple customizable spaces for your big day, both indoor and outdoor! From the formal Great Hall to the airy Main Patio, they’re sure to have the space you need, and also offer additional services like floral centerpieces, full catering, and DJ – just to name a few. Their team offers fully customizable packages as well, allowing you to gear the day towards whatever you and your future spouse’s needs are!
